Front and back covers are from 10mm light diffusing opal acrylic produced. Various colors from Pantone and RAL for acrylic are possible. The thickness of acrylic may vary based on request. Light diffuses directly and indirectly from the letter and also on the return some slight light diffusion is possible. Based on request front acrylic can be covered with translucent vinyl (Oracal 8500 or Avery 4500 Series).

Return of the letter are produced from Painted Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass and (Corten) Steel. Stainless steel can have the surface finish matt, brushed or mirror. Paint colors for aluminum can be chosen from RAL Classic and Pantone Solid Coated color swatch. The color options for stainless steel are silver, gold, anthracite and bronze. Default used Stainless Steel is AISI 304 (1.4301). In case of usage near sea side optionally AISI 316 (1.4401) is available. Brass and Copper can be left as natural, or varnished, which is highly recommended against corrosion. Extra treatments like antique look or brush look can be made with matt or glossy varnish after treatment. Rusted look with Corten Steel or standard Steel can be caught with special treatment to surface.

Letters can be produced without LED illumination if desired. Letters have 12V Samsung branded IP67 LEDs and stripe LED is not used. As default channel letters are presented with IP68 Power Supply. Different brands of LED and Power Supply can be supplied upon request. Manuel dimmer or dimmable power supply are available upon request. LEDs used for channel letters are dimmable.

The installation is followed with chrome plated brass distance holders or flush to the wall.

Minimum beam thickness of letters can be 20mm. Minimum depth is 80mm.

Based on the request, the letters can be sent mounted on a frame (rail) or aluminum case.
